I am a wife, a mother, and a woman “of a certain age.” I am a musician and a writer. I am a chef (for my loved ones), a cheerleader (for my son), and a gardener (for myself). I live in the heart of Vancouver, Canada, where I tolerate the grey and wet for the glorious beauty when the sun comes out, where I enjoy fabulous food from all over the world, and where I reside in a neighbourhood as intimate as a village. It is a happy, temperate, tolerant base where I am pleased and grateful to nest between journeys.
